Many changes in family law have occurred since the first comprehensive Family Court Caseflow Management Practice Note was published in 1998. This revised Practice Note (July 2018) is designed to update that document in light of a number of legislative and practice changes that have taken place since that time.
This Practice Note replaces all previous Practice Notes pertaining to specialist report writers. This revised Practice Note takes effect from 9 July 2018.
