Survey to understand compliance with payment of monetary orders in the Disputes Tribunal

On 10 April, the Ministry sent a survey to a sample group of people who made a claim to the Disputes Tribunal within the past two years and received a monetary order as part of the Tribunal’s decision.

The survey seeks to understand the sample groups experiences collecting money owed to them under a monetary order and to identify opportunities to improve our processes.
