UPDATE: State of Emergency lifted in Tāmaki Makaurau | Auckland

The local state of emergency has been lifted in Tāmaki Makaurau | Auckland. 

All affected courts will open as normal on Wednesday 10 May 2023.

The affected courts were:

  • Kaitaia District Court
  • Kaikohe District Court
  • North Shore District Court
  • Auckland District Court
  • Auckland High Court
  • Waitakere District Court
  • Manukau District Court
  • Papakura District Court
  • Pukekohe District Court
