The decision finder can easily help you find court decisions, judgments or findings.

How to use the decision finder

To use the decision finder, you can:

  • select a jurisdiction using the drop down menu - for example, the Employment Court
  • type in a keyword - for example, the name of the defendant in the case
  • select the year.

Where decisions are searchable

If you can't find a jurisdiction or a particular decision in the list, it may be because the jurisdiction hasn't made its decisions available through this website.
