Youth Crime Action Plan toolkit: online resources

The YCAP toolkit is a collection of resources to help government agencies and communities work well together when implementing the Youth Crime Action Plan.

The toolkit aims to help:

  • communities that want to develop local action plans
  • people who are interested in setting up and running community projects and groups
  • organisations and government agencies that work with local communities

This toolkit will be revised and updated as communities become involved in YCAP, and we learn more about what tools are needed. If you know of additional resources that might be useful, send suggestions to us:
