Online tribunal application and payment option:

An online application and fee payment is available for the following Tribunal filings:

• Copyright Tribunal Online application and fee payment  

• Disputes Tribunal Online application(external link) and fee payment 

• Private Security Personnel Licensing Authority Tribunal Online application and fee payment

Internet banking
(direct credit)

Internet banking is available only for filings related to:

• High Court Probate

• Environment Court(external link)

• Employment Court(external link)
• Alcohol Regulatory and Licensing Authority

• Weathertight Homes Tribunal

• Māori Land Court(external link) - you can make special arrangements to make a direct credit (bank transfer) or money order payment by contacting the relevant court.

 In person

You can pay by EFTPOS, credit card, debit card or cash at the counter at most of our courts at the time of filing your application.

 By post

We no longer accept payments via post. This is to ensure the Ministry is compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
