A compensation payment has been made to David Harold Panapa; Johnathon Harold Johnson in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).
The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of David Harold Panapa; Johnathon Harold Johnson to make claims against it.
