This is the current list of offenders that have been awarded compensation - surnames F-J:
Bradley Dean JOHNSON
A compensation payment has been made to Bradley Dean JOHNSON in respect of a specified claim under the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005 (the Act).
The Act requires that after the Secretary of Justice makes certain deductions from the compensation payment, the surplus remaining goes into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account to enable victims of Bradley Dean JOHNSON to make claims against it.
Any money left after any victims’ claims have been paid will be paid to Bradley Dean JOHNSON
On 19 March 2026 $5,000.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Bradley Dean JOHNSON.
The money paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account is held in trust for Bradley Dean JOHNSON until it has been paid out in accordance with subpart 2 of Part 2 of the Act.
Any person who has been a victim of Bradley Dean JOHNSON, in respect of an offence for which Bradley Dean JOHNSON was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the Trust Account on behalf of Bradley Dean JOHNSON.
Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the Trust Account.
