The Immigration Advisers Complaints & Disciplinary Tribunal was established under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007.
Members of the tribunal are appointed by the Governor-General on advice from the Ministers of Justice and Immigration.
The Chairperson of the tribunal is Mr David Plunkett.
A practice note is issued by the Chairperson of the tribunal to regulate the practice and procedures of the Tribunal.
