Forward work

Under section 404 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, alcohol licensing fees are reviewed by the Ministry of Justice every five years. The Ministry uses this information to provide a report to the Minister of Justice to consider whether fee regulations should be changed. A review of alcohol licensing fees is due by the end of 2022.
