At 12:01am on 15 August 2023, COVID-19 settings have changed. If you test positive for COVID-19, health guidance recommends that you isolate for 5 days.

Please do not come to the courthouse if you are feeling unwell. Contact 0800 COURTS (0800 268 787) if you are unwell or are not sure whether to attend.

Health and Safety

To protect the safety of court participants and staff, the following health and safety measures may be expected if you are visiting a court or tribunal:

  • PPE is available to every person in the public areas of a court building.
  • A KN95 or surgical mask must be worn by all participants in hearings, if directed by the presiding judicial officer.
  • Wash/sanitise your hands. Sanitiser is available throughout the buildings.
