The Amendment Rules 2021 include changes to the Criminal Procedure Rules 2012 and the District Court Rules 2014, which require the addition of te reo Māori registry names in the header of existing criminal and civil District Court documents. We have added a drop-down box on these documents which will enable the user to select the appropriate registry name. You can also find the full list of registry names below. These changes come into effect on 1 April 2022.
