The duty lawyer service can help you on your first day at court if you are charged with a criminal offence.

You can get information about dealing with personal and family disputes, including reaching agreement about how to care for your children after a relationship breakup, and the different options that are available in and out of court.
Legal aid may pay for a lawyer if you can't afford one.
