The Independent Panel, appointed by Minister of Justice Andrew Little, has released its final report on the 2014 family justice reforms.
The Panel consisted of chairperson Rosslyn Noonan and panel members Chris Dellabarca and La-Verne King - who since the completion of the report was appointed as a District Court judge.
The Panel examined the 2014 changes and considered how they've impacted separating families and the children involved in those cases.
Their 142-page final report outlines their findings and makes 70 recommendations for wide-ranging changes to the family justice system.
