How sexual violence cases progress through the justice system
A new report tracking sexual violence cases through the criminal justice system is a valuable new addition to our evidence-base and will help track improvements in the justice response to victims of sexual violence.
The report, Attrition and Progression: Reported Sexual Violence Victimisations in the Criminal Justice System, contributes to our understanding of the experience of victims, and the criminal justice outcomes of sexual violence complaints to the Police.
This analysis will be updated annually.
