How much does it cost?
It costs $416 to apply to the Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal:
- for restoration to the roll or register
- for revocation of a particular order in respect of an employee
- for consent to employ; or
- to appeal a decision not to issue a practicing certificate.
There is no fee to apply to the Tribunal:
- for revocation of a suspension order
- for authorisation for a practitioner to practice on their own account.
