How much does it cost?
It costs $431 to apply to the Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal:
for restoration to the roll or register
for revocation of a particular order in respect of an employee
for consent to employ; or
to appeal a decision not to issue a practicing certificate.
There is no fee to apply to the Tribunal:
for revocation of a suspension order
for authorisation for a practitioner to practice on their own account.

Please contact the tribunal or your nearest court to confirm whether you can file your application and make the fee payment at the counter by EFTPOS, credit card, debit card or cash.
