Request for bailiff service

You can ask a bailiff to serve a summons on the debtor if you are not able to. You can request bailiff service for:

  • financial assessment hearing summons
  • contempt of enforcement proceedings summons.

You will need to:

  • fill out a request for bailiff service form
  • pay the fee
