Start a proceeding – click on the proceeding you want to start and look under 'Documents'

If you can’t afford to pay you can ask the court to waive (cancel) the fee. This means you won’t have to pay the fee.

‘Costs’ are the expense of hiring a lawyer. ‘Disbursements’ are the other expenses that are part of your court case, such as filing fees.

You may need to pay some or all of the costs & disbursements for the case, or the other person may need to pay some or all of them.
